Located inside of a Gregg Young Chevrolet dealership here in Omaha, the Corvette Cafe is a themed American cafe with a heavy Mexican influence. The decor is all car themed, with images of cars on the walls and the tables and chairs matching the aesthetic. They have a 60-item menu with almost anything you might crave! You order up at the front, and they bring your food out to you, fresh and made to order. Whether you’re feeling a bit hungry while getting your car serviced or you’re simply in the area, this is a great hidden gem in Omaha for any foodie wanting to check out a new, tasty eatery!
MENU Corvette Cafe is truly the full shebang when it comes to the menu. With an extensive 60 item menu, there is something for literally anyone. From traditional breakfast classics like omelets, burritos, and breakfast sandwiches to Mexican lunch staples like enchiladas and tacos, to soups and salads, pasta, burgers and more! They are open to making just about whatever you want as long as the kitchen knows they have the ingredients, and custom making orders is an option. You will get a 1:1 experience with the chef to ensure the food on your plate is just what you’re looking for. We ordered the Gregg’s chicken enchilada, Colorado Omelet, Bacon and Eggs, Pancakes, and Biscuits and Gravy, and they all hit the spot! LOCATION & HOURS Corvette Cafe is located inside the Gregg Young Chevrolet car dealership in Omaha at 17750 Burt Street, and is open Mondays through Thursdays from 7am to 6pm, Fridays from 7am to 5pm, and Saturdays from 7am to 2pm.
