Construction for the new Crossroads Mall development is planned to start in the spring of this year!
ABOUT
The Crossroads development, located at the former mall at 72nd and Dodge Street, is undergoing a $900 million transformation spearheaded by Woodbury Corp! This redevelopment aims to revitalize the area with a mix of retail, residential, and community spaces. Phase I, covering about one-third of the site, will feature a 92,000-square-foot entertainment complex, 200+ apartments, 40,000 square feet of greenspace, and a public plaza.
Additionally, the city is constructing over 1,500 parking spaces, with some underground. Now with the project under new ownership, they are planning to break ground this spring! This is also right across the street from the brand new $58 million library being built, so there’s lots of exciting stuff happening in this area in the next few years to keep on the lookout for!
