Enjoy coffee, cocktails and charcuterie at Edge of the Universe — a themed cafe and bar in Benson
ABOUT
Edge of the Universe in Benson blends art, coffee, and cocktails for a truly unique experience. By day, it’s a cozy Parisian-style coffee house, and by night, it transforms into a themed cocktail bar. The coolest part? The themes rotate every 3-4 months, so there’s always something new to explore. Right now, it's all about the Great Gatsby and the roaring 1920s! Whether you're sipping a latte, enjoying charcuterie, or grabbing drinks with friends, this spot has you covered for any occasion.
FOOD & DRINKS
At Edge of the Universe, enjoy handcrafted lattes, signature cocktails, desserts, and toasted charcuterie boards! Coffee lovers can choose from Americanos, Cappuccinos, Macchiatos, and more, while foodies can indulge in charcuterie boards with meats, cheeses, and tapenades. They also offer sweet treats like cheesecakes, carrot cake, and other local baked goods. For cocktails, indulge in unique creations like the Havana or the Charleston. Plus, they have beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options like soda and hot chocolate. During our visit, we tried the Sheba, a tasty mix of white rum, pineapple juice, grenadine, and maraschino liqueur. It’s also important to note that Edge of the Universe offers a 10% discount for teachers, service industry and healthcare workers!
