Head to Midtown Crossing on Wednesdays and Sundays for FREE outdoor workouts in Turner Park!
Get that blood pumping and track those steps! If you're looking for a fun way to spice up your workout routine, look no further than Midtown Crossing's free summer fitness offerings! On Wednesdays and Sundays, join fitness experts for FREE classes, open to the public in Turner Park.
These classes are sponsored by Methodist Health System and led by licensed instructors from Genesis Health Clubs.
WEDNESDAY NIGHT WORKOUTS
Workouts take place Wednesdays from 6-7 p.m. Workout types vary from week to week, including popular favorites like Zumba, Pound, Cardio Kickboxing and Pilates.
YOGA IN THE PARK ON SUNDAYS
On Sundays, grab your yoga mat or a towel and enjoy yoga in the park from 4-5 p.m! Yoga styles and instructors will vary from week to week. All skill levels are welcome, including beginners!
Workout Wednesdays take place each Wednesday. The rest of the classes for the summer are listed below:

Aug 3 – PiYo
Aug 10 – Pound
Aug 17 – Zumba
Yoga In The Park will take place every Sunday until July 31. Attendees of any classes are welcome and encouraged to bring a water bottle and blanket or mat.
