The flavor selection at Coneflower Creamery is constantly changing, with some classic options always available like Vanilla Bean, Cookies and Cream, Dark Chocolate, and Salted Caramel, and other flavors varying with the seasons and ingredient availability.
They even have a large offering of dairy and gluten-free options! To find out what flavors are available on any given day, you will have to visit the shop in person. Along with ice cream you can even try their locally made-on-tap Root Beer!

Coneflower Creamery is passionate about creating the highest-quality ice cream using local, in-season ingredients that are fresh. They collaborate with several local partners to source produce, dairy, and signature flavors. Coneflower Creamery even works with local coffee shop Archetype Coffee to create their coffee-flavored ice cream and they pay homage to the Blackstone Hotel with Blackstone Butterbrickle, which was first introduced by the hotel in the 1920s!
