THE DRINKS
Locally roasted coffee is Hardy Coffee Co's specialty! Choose a regular brewed coffee, or something more indulgent, like a Cafe Au Lait, or a Chai Latte. They actually roast their coffee in the back room at their Highlander location! I got to see them in action which was so cool. Don't forget to grab a bag of beans to take home!
THE BAKERY
The bakery menu is impressive, with something for everyone's sweet tooth! Their delicious bakery items are not only found at Hardy Coffee locations, but also at other local stops, like @sunnysideomaha and @thebikeunion. There are gluten-friendly and vegan bakery items available, as well.
