THE CLASSES
Choose from a 30-minute Isometric exercise class, or a 15-minute HIIT class. The Isometric classes are great for removing toxins from your body through muscle contractions and sweat. They have everything from cycling, hot yoga, hot Pilates, as well as a weight section in the back. You can book all the classes right in their app and do multiple classes in a row for a longer workout.
