If you’re craving a good sushi roll or poke bowl, look no further than Kaiyo Sushi! They specialize in traditional, hand-crafted sushi and offer a large variety of Japanese Cuisine options. You can enjoy delicious starters, your favorite classic rolls as well as their own inspired creations, ramen, poke bowls, — you name it! Kaiyo also has a sushi making bar where you can watch the magic happen, and an online ordering system for fast and efficient takeout options.
MENU
The menu at Kaiyo Sushi has an array of sushi rolls from fried rolls, Nigiri/Sashimi, and Signature rolls to both cooked and raw rolls and combos. They also have sushi platters, bento boxes with chicken, steak, and salmon options, lunch specials, appetizers and more! We tried the Fiesta Sashimi, which is 6 pieces of thinly sliced yellowtail and jalapeno in a bed of yuzu sauce and zing of sriracha, a beef Bento Box, a sweet fire roll which is a customer favorite, and the Sick Tonkatsu Ramen! For dessert, we tried the Tiger Cake, but on the sweets menu there is also Fried Cheesecake, Ice Cream, Banana Tempura, and more to satisfy your sweet tooth.
For drinks, we had the Cucumber Breeze and the Mai Tai. They also offer white wine options like Kim Crawford William Hill Chardonnay or Mirassou Moscato!

LOCATION & HOURS Kaiyo Sushi is located at 3503 Samson Way #113 in Bellevue. and is open Monday, Tuesday and Thursday for lunch 11am-9:30pm and 4pm-9pm for dinner, Friday for lunch 11am-2:30pm and 4pm-9:30pm for dinner, Saturdays 11am-9:30pm and Sundays 12pm-9pm!
