ABOUT LOTUS HOUSE OF YOGA
Lotus House is the place to empower your true self through yoga, cycle, sculpt, and pilates. A locally-owned studio with locations in both Omaha and Lincoln, the Omaha location is off of 114th and Dodge, so it's a great central location whether you're in East or West Omaha.
CLASSES
Lotus has a great variety of classes that range from high intensity to low. They have three workout rooms with both hot and normal yoga, cycling, hot sculpt, pilates, and some combo classes like yoga/sculpt or cycling/sculpt.
SCHEDULE
You must pre-register for every class at Lotus House, as this ensures your space in yoga, cycling, sculpt, and pilates classes. The schedule varies by day but classes are always offered 7 days a week. The earliest class time is 5 a.m. on weekdays with the last class starting at 7 p.m.
LOTUS HOUSE ON DEMAND
Lotus also has virtual and on-demand classes for those who want to work out at home or can't make one of the in-person scheduled times. Subscribe for class live streams or even access short 10-25 minute practices right from your phone!
PRICES
You can purchase single classes for $18, a 12-pack for $156, 24-pack for $288, or an unlimited pass for $128! Lotus House on Demand also starts at a subscription price of $14.99 a month.
