ABOUT
Lyle’s Pizzeria is a locally owned neighborhood pizzeria and wine bar with a focus on fresh, simple ingredients and overall great tasting food. Located in the Leavenworth neighborhood, it has all the trappings of a comfortable and casual pizza joint, including a long bar, cozy lighting with a warm and inviting atmosphere, and vintage black-and-white photographs of Omaha that add to the historic neighborhood aesthetic perfectly! Lyle’s is a perfect brunch, lunch or happy hour spot to add to your list, with a central location that is perfect for on the go visits, regardless of where you are in town!
MENU The menu at Lyle’s is simple, yet customizable. They feature creative weekend specials highlighting seasonal ingredients. Past specials have been a zucchini, grape, & mint, a peach and poblano with goat cheese, and a smoked pulled pork & pickled red onion! A staple at Lyle’s is their made in-house sourdough bread crust in collaboration with Lola’s bakery, and it did not disappoint! We had the classic Pepperoni pizza, Margherita, and we also tried the pizza special for the week which was the Romesco, ricotta, arugula, and fermented pepper pizza. For drinks we had the Secret Negroni and Ginger Solstice, and it’s important to note that their cocktail menu is always changing with a variety of delicious drinks! We topped off our meal with chocolate cake topped with raspberries and the mix between sweet and savory on this food journey was delicious! LOCATION & HOURS Lyle’s Pizzeria is located at 5213 Leavenworth Street and are open Sundays through Tuesdays from 11am to 8pm, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 11am to 9pm, and Fridays and Saturdays from 11am to 10pm.
