Something unique about Mercury is that their menu is constantly rotating with different formats from a cereal box to a CD binder or even Christmas cards during the holiday season! Not only do they have a vast menu of craft cocktails such as the Manhattan and the Sandhills Elixir mocktails (which were both equally tasty!), but they also offer a completely scratch kitchen until last call. You can indulge in pastas rolled by hand, buns and breads baked in house, charcuterie boards, and even hand-carved ice from a Clineball Ice Machine in your drinks!
What is a Clineball Ice Machine you ask? It is an ice machine that uses single-direction freezing to produce flawless 300 lbs blocks of ice. From there, the block is hit with a chainsaw and handcarved down to perfect, large ice cubes that come in any drink on the rocks. This ice machine concept in Omaha is the only one between Denver and Minneapolis.
LOCATION & HOURS Mercury is located at 329 South 16th Street, and is open every day from 4pm until midnight, and the kitchen is open until last call!
