Muchachos is a food truck and restaurant serving up New Mexican BBQ fusion! Created by Nick Maestas, who was inspired watching his grandparents prepare family-honored traditional food, Muchacos got its start in Lincoln.
Now, Muchacos has a bold new spot in Little Bohemia, its first Omaha location! Stop in for some favorite bites, or enjoy a craft beer, cocktail, or even coffee in this gem downtown.
