Playing With Fire: Summer Concert Series 2022

The Playing with Fire Summer Concert Series is back this weekend (August 12-13)!

ABOUT PLAYING WITH FIRE

Playing With Fire is a local nonprofit dedicated to supporting the Omaha arts community with free, live concerts by brilliant, award-winning musicians.

PWF also partners with BluesEd to help young musicians embrace blues, soul, funk, R&B, and roots music. During its free concerts, PWF collects free-will donations for the BluesEd Youth Artist Development Program and works to keep blues alive for future generations.

SUMMER CONCERT SERIES

This year's Playing With Fire Summer Concert Series will take place at Turner Park on Friday, August 12 and Saturday, August 13 from 4-10 p.m.

Friday's acts are Markus James and The Wassonrai, JP Soards Gypsy Blues Revue (ft. Anne Harris), and Altered Five Blues Band.

On Saturday, catch Catfish, When Rivers Meet, and Harris James.

The concert series is free and open to the public, so bring those blankets and lawn chairs!
