Rotisserie Urban Bistro is a brand-new lunch and dinner spot in Aksarben Village! With a fast-casual atmosphere, RUB offers some absolutely delicious menu items if you’re looking for a good bite to eat over your lunch break or if you’re just in the area! To order you just have to choose your protein plus a couple sides as you move down the line, and you really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. They also offer takeout and delivery if you’re in a pinch but craving a great meal with an affordable price.
MENU The menu at RUB is heavily inspired by South American food options and per the name, the rotisserie chicken doesn’t disappoint! It was very juicy, tender and flavorful, with a super good balance between crunch and softness for the breading. Don’t forget to grab some sides for your meal from roasted potatoes, fries, or rice to black beans, plantain, or broccoli salad. You can choose up to 2 sauces and the garlic sauce is quickly becoming a fan favorite. They also have a diverse menu for vegan/vegetarian/gluten free folks to join in on the deliciousness! HOURS & LOCATION The Rotisserie Urban Bistro is located in Aksarben Village at 1917 S 67th Street Suite 110, and is open Tuesdays through Saturdays from 11am to 8pm, and Sundays from 11am to 7pm!
