Located in the heart of Benson, Veg.Edible is a woman-owned take-out eatery serving your favorite comfort food classics made vegan, gluten-free and nut-free (except coconut) with soy-free options. They have a goal of being as allergen friendly as possible, believing that everyone should be able to enjoy fresh, flavorful food regardless of allergies or dietary preferences. You can order online to pick up or delivery within an 8-mile radius, or you can stop by to place an order. Everything is packaged to go, and they also offer catering services to bring the deliciousness to you and yours!
MENU Veg.Edible offers allergen-friendly menu options from sandwiches and burgers to salads and bowls, nachos and tacos and more! We tried out the Baffalo Chick’N Salad and the Veg Head Nachos and they were both great! They also have a pastry case that is freshly stocked everyday with cake slices, cupcakes, cookies, brownies, donuts, mini loaves and other treats for walk-in purchases. We tried the chocolate cake, and it was absolutely delicious — and you would have no idea it was fully vegan and gluten-free! LOCATION & HOURS Veg.Edible is located at 2740 North 61st Street in Benson and is open Wednesdays and Thursdays from 4pm to 9pm, Fridays from 4pm to 10pm, Saturdays from 11am to 10pm, Sundays from 11am to 3pm and is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays!
